"Recruiters add no value" says recent survey…

According to Recruitment Grapevine a recent survey conducted by the Futurestep division of Korn Ferry revealed that a whopping eight in 10 candidates are unlikely to accept a job offer if they were treated poorly by the recruiter during the recruitment process.

37% said not hearing back from the recruiter or hiring manager would aggravate them the most. Furthermore, 31% said that recruiters aren’t providing them with the service they promise, saying that they fail to give them the tools and tips required to land a job.
