What to expect
- Just like a regular interview, your recruiter will arrange a time and date that suits you.
- The recruiter will send you a link, simply follow this to join.
- Next, you’ll have time with your recruiter before the filming commences. This gives you a chance to ask any questions. Your recruiter won’t start recording until you’re comfortable and ready.
- After your interview, your recruiter will use your video recording, along with your CV, to effectively present you to the hiring manager and other employers who may be interested in you and your experience.
