As part of our continued growth we are delighted to have Ian Piercy, husband of Managing Director Marie Piercy join the business as Operations Director following 20 years’ experience gained within both the industrial and technical sectors working in both high street branches and on site. The latest addition to the business will allow us to expand our offering into new divisions.

Ian joins the Chrysalis team to launch new divisions across industrial and technical to compliment the success of our commercial division in order to offer full recruitment solutions across all disciplines for our clients. Ian has worked in recruitment at a senior level for the last 20 years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise within these markets. As with our commercial division Ian will be offering clients something unique as a recruitment partner of choice including innovative and flexible solutions with a bespoke and personal approach along with exceptional service.
