About the Role: 

As the Paid Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various media platforms for our clients. From paid search to social media, you'll oversee campaign configuration, optimisation, and budget management, ensuring optimal ROI for our clients. Collaborating closely with our client services team, you'll troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions tailored to client-specific needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid search, display, video, and social media.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization, including research, ad copywriting, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions to client-specific needs.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through continuous testing and monitoring of campaign performance.
  • Deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor progress and drive client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify areas of growth for clients and the agency, supporting renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies, sharing insights with the team.
  • Support the growth and development of the Performance Marketing team, including upskilling team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with freelance talent to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to the new business pipeline by assisting in strategy development and pitch presentations.

What You'll Have Done Before:

  • Minimum of 5 years of paid media marketing experience, preferably with experience in both paid search and paid social.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging campaigns that drive results.
  • Experience working within a B2B marketing agency preferred.
  • Leadership experience or experience managing people.
  • Knowledge of managing SEO and email campaigns beneficial.
