As Head of Client Services, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our team and fostering strong client relationships. From overseeing daily operations to driving strategic initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of our success story.


What You'll Do:

  • Account Management: Lead the charge in managing client relationships and projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic guidance.
  • Project Management: Utilise tools like monday.com to meticulously track projects, allocate resources, and meet deadlines with precision.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our digital and creative teams to deliver outstanding work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Upselling: Develop and execute strategies to drive upsell opportunities, contributing to our company's growth targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Keep a close eye on finances and contracts, from chasing overdue invoices to drafting new agreements.
  • HR & Culture: Foster a positive team culture through effective onboarding, offboarding, and regular check-ins with team members.


Experience Needed:

  • Proven Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership role within a digital agency or similar environment is essential. You should have a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Account Management Expertise: A strong background in client services and account management is crucial. You should be adept at building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance to drive success.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as monday.com is required. You should have a track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in financial management, including overseeing budgets, chasing invoices, and drafting contracts, is highly desirable. You should be comfortable handling financial matters and ensuring the financial health of client accounts.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive upsell opportunities and contribute to company growth is essential. You should possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for business development and expansion.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key. You should be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive team culture conducive to creativity and innovation.
