The role:


As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. From managing paid advertising campaigns and optimising SEO efforts to analysing performance metrics and driving audience engagement through compelling content, you'll play a pivotal role in driving results and exceeding client expectations. With a keen focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, you'll contribute to the success of our award-winning agency and shape the future of digital marketing.


What you’ll be doing;

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads, to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Looker Studio, identifying trends and insights to inform optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content for digital platforms, leveraging content marketing principles to drive audience engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee on-page and technical SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and improve website rankings, staying abreast of industry best practices and algorithm updates.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, providing regular updates on campaign performance, and offering strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, technologies, and innovations, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment within the team.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives and timelines.


Here’s some stuff you’ll need;

  • Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a specific emphasis on Google Ads.
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Looker Studio, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Capability to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights.
  • Understanding of content marketing principles and experience in developing engaging content for digital platforms to drive audience engagement and conversion.
  • Proficiency with both on-page and technical search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to enhance organic visibility and improve website rankings.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to gather insights and make informed decisions for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
  • Strong familiarity with tools such as Semrush, Meta Business Suite, Google Suite (including Google Ads and Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio), and Ahrefs for comprehensive digital marketing campaign management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate challenges, and proactively seek solutions.
  • A self-starter with the capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your own workload efficiently.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing trends, technologies, and innovations, with a continuous desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Mission critical strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and convey complex information concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and manage the expectations of colleagues and clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of and capacity to build and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
