As a pivotal member of the team, you'll steer existing client relationships, taking charge of vacancies from inception to completion while working closely with the MD. The role:

As a dynamic Talent Manager, you'll be at the forefront of recruiting top talent into the marketing industry, managing end-to-end vacancies, and providing key account management. This is your chance to engage with diverse clients and candidates, making a tangible impact on the industry.

Day to day:

  • Specialising in recruiting marketing and PR professionals throughout the UK
  • Consulting existing clients on the recruitment process, ensuring a first-class service
  • Building and enhancing the Evolution Talent Solutions brand in the marketplace
  • Logging and advertising vacancies on CRM systems, job boards, and social media
  • Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within your sector
  • Screening and video interviewing potential candidates
  • Creating a pipeline of suitable candidates for future vacancies
  • Updating CRM with all candidate and client activity
  • Managing applications and candidates through a software system
  • Providing thorough support to candidates with honest feedback and coaching through each stage of the process
  • Taking full ownership of the candidate and client experience, managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to the start date
  • Offer management and negotiation with candidates and clients
  • Recording agency user and lead information on necessary documents and CRM system
  • Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Networking and attending job fairs or exhibitions to build the company profile and obtain local business information
  • Working to KPIs to ensure tasks are completed promptly to maximize sales opportunities
  • Acting as an ambassador for Evolution Talent Solutions and its values, welcoming and motivating new and existing colleagues, offering a professional, honest, and personal service to all candidates and clients, and promoting our services through networking and job fairs
  • Conducting market research as requested by the MD, including gathering competitor information and market intelligence

About you:

  • Experience of working in a similar recruitment role previously, with a proven track record of managing your time accordingly in order to get tasks completed or a marketing professional looking for a new direction
  • An excellent telephone communicator with a confident and open style
  • A bright, go-getting person who is tenacious and resilient
  • Passionate about progression
  • Target driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive mental attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to plan and organise own workload
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • Computer literacy
